    B.S. Kinesiology & B.S. Chemistry

    Bradyn has helped clients across the CSRA achieve their fitness goals through results-driven training since 2018.

    Holding dual degrees in Kinesiology and Chemistry, Bradyn combines a deep understanding of human movement and science-backed training principles to deliver highly effective programs. In addition to a certification in Personal Training, Bradyn also holds special certifications as a Corrective Exercise Specialist, Functional Movement Specialist, and Senior Fitness Specialist.

    M.S. Kinesiology

    Bryson Burke is a certified personal trainer with over two years of experience helping clients build strength, muscle, and athletic performance. As a former high school and collegiate athlete, Bryson understands the demands of training at an elite level. His expertise lies in hypertrophy and strength training, with additional experience in sport-specific programming tailored to individual athletic needs.

    Bryson holds a personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and earned a Master’s in Kinesiology in 2024, where he contributed to research in exercise science. With a passion for evidence-based training, Bryson is committed to helping clients achieve their fitness goals through personalized, results-driven programs.
